Maryana Tuka
Maryana completed her Law Degree at the University of Liverpool and undertook her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law (Bloomsbury) before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2018.
Maryana joined Crisp & Co as a Trainee Solicitor, having previously worked as a Family Caseworker for two years at a Legal 500 firm. She currently deals with matters which involve Separation, Divorce, Financial Relief, Private Children Act Matters, Domestic Violence and TOLATA, with a keen interest in Fertility Law. She advises on Nuptial Agreements and enjoys helping parents through their Surrogacy journey as well as those requiring a Donor Agreement.
Maryana is Resolution accredited and is committed to reaching a solution with her clients without hostility and unnecessary conflict. As an accredited specialist Maryana is highly competent and has a thorough knowledge of law, procedure and practice. Her experience includes cases involving substantial income and capital, both in this jurisdiction and abroad, family business disputes as well as pensions (including public sector and military schemes). Maryana is able to negotiate arrangements for children, including specific issues about schooling and relocation disputes.
Maryana believes that family shapes who we are and how we interact with the world around us. She understands that it can be quite traumatic when the family unit breaks down and perseveres to secure a fair outcome for all involved whilst ensuring that her client’s objectives are met.
Maryana is also a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple having been called to the Bar in October 2015.
